This office conducts criminal background checks for arrests/citations in
Nashville, Davidson County, Tennessee. Criminal background checks report
dispositions for concluded cases and/or court appearance dates for pending
cases. Records from 1982 to present will be queried using the name
provided to us on a request form.
The charge for this service is $20 (money order or certified check only) per
name submitted. Include a self addressed stamped envelope with each form
submitted.
This office provides, at no charge, public access to a computer with "view only"access to the records in the database. The computers are available in our office on the 2nd Floor of the Justice A.A. Birch Building during normal operating hours (8:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday-Friday).
