At the conclusion of the case, fines and/or costs owed by the defendant are calculated. Costs for each offense are calculated separately and applied to each arrest warrant, trooper ticket, citation or case. Costs include fines (if applicable), taxes and fees accessed, per offense.
Payments may be mailed to the Office or made in person at the Office located in the JusticeA.A.BirchBuilding at 408 2nd Avenue North (Suite 2120) during normal operating hours (8:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday - Friday). Checks must be made payable to the Criminal Court Clerk (please include case/docket number and name of defendant). The mailing address is:

Unpaid fines and/or court cost balances may be forwarded to a professional collection agency under contract with Metropolitan Government of Nashville, Davidson County, Tennessee.
