Payment Information

At the conclusion of the case, fines and/or costs assessed by the Court are calculated.  Costs for each offense are calculated and applied to each arrest warrant, trooper ticket, citation or case.

Payments may be mailed (see address below) or made in person during normal operating hours (8:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday - Friday).  Our office is located in the Justice A. A. Birch Building at 408 2nd Avenue North (Suite 2120).  Checks must be made payable to Criminal Court Clerk (please include case/docket number and name of defendant).

Unpaid fines and/or court cost balances may be forwarded to the professional collection agency under contract with Metropolitan Government of Nashville, Davidson County, Tennessee.
