The Criminal Court Clerk’s Office has contracted with licensed third-party collections vendor, Harris & Harris, Ltd., to manage delinquent accounts. If you are contacted by a representative from this company regarding an overdue balance, please know this is a legitimate and authorized communication on behalf of our office. If you have any questions about your account(s) or legitimacy of the correspondence, you may contact our office at 615-862-5601.

Effective immediately, all requests for preliminary hearing CDs from the Clerk’s Office must be paid in advance before the CD will be generated and released. The cost is $10 per copy. You may pay in person at the Clerk’s Office, or by phone using a credit/debit card at 615-862-5601. After payment, please email your request along with the receipt number to CCC_Tape_Requests@jisnashville.gov. You will receive a reply when your CD is ready for pickup.

In observance of Good Friday, The Metro Nashville and Davidson County Criminal Court Clerk’s Office will be closed on Friday, April 03, 2026. We will reopen on Monday, April 06, 2026 at 8:00 a.m.
